OAC is offering a FoodSafe Level 1 course over two days, March 23 & March 24, from 1:30 pm–5:30 pm in the Library for kitchen volunteers and interested members. Must be able to attend both days to be certified. There are some spaces still available at a reduced fee of $50 per person.
