CHOSEN, LOVED, & CALLED

Who decides what a generation becomes?

Is it culture? Is it time? Is it the voices around us?

The world is quick to define identity—especially for young people. It tells us who we should be, what we should value, and how we should measure our worth. But before any of those voices could speak…

God already did.

In 1 Peter 2:9, Scripture reminds us: “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people…”

Not by chance. Not forgotten. Not overlooked. Chosen.

That means your life carries purpose. It means you are known by God. It means you belong—not because of what you’ve done, but because of who He is. And when you understand that you belong to Christ, something begins to shift.

You don’t serve to earn approval—You serve because you already have it. You don’t love to prove your worth— You love because you are already loved.

Right now, in this moment, in this season of your life. God is not waiting for you to become “ready.” He is calling you as you are.

There will be moments when doubt creeps in—When the world says you don’t matter, or makes you feel small. But in those moments, return to His Word. You are chosen. You are loved. You are called.

And being chosen isn’t about status—it’s about mission. We are chosen to serve. Chosen to love. Chosen to shine His light in a world that needs it.

And the best part? This promise isn’t just for a few. It’s for everyone who answers His call.
