Are you planning an event at OAC? Please fill out this form no later than 3 weeks prior to your event so that staff members can assist you the best way they can. Before filling out this form, please ensure that you have read the guidelines of the Leadership Manual.

NOTE: Before making your request, remember to check if your OAC venue is available by contacting the facility manager Gloria Cruz at gcruz@oakridgeadventist.ca or calling at 604-266-6727.
